Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that the minimum table size is 8 people so parties of less than 8 will be required to share tables.
  • Over 18’s only.
  • Dress code is black-tie.
  • Any guests attending the New Year’s Eve Soirée in the Grantley Suite, please be aware you will be seated at a shared table.
  • We strongly advise that departure taxis are booked prior to arrival to avoid any inconvenience.
  • A £50 non-refundable deposit per person is due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be required before 25th November 2025.
  • All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Menu pre-orders must be advised a minimum of 3 weeks prior to arrival and all dietary requirements must be advised in advance.
  • Please note the hotel applies a 12.5% discretionary service charge on all services on the final bill.
