Children aged 8 and above are welcome to dine with their parents in The Orchard. Please note that children under the age of 8 are not permitted to dine at Grantley Hall and will regrettably be refused entry upon arrival. 

Grantley Hall does not accept dogs at the hotel or within the hotel grounds. Guide dogs are welcomed across the hotel and restaurants and we also accept support or assistance dogs provided they are wearing a coat clearly identifying them as such and an ESA letter must be provided at time of booking. 

The Orchard is situated at the heart of the hotel. It overlooks the West Lawn and is in indoor-to-outdoor restaurant that resides in a beautiful sailcloth marquee, with changing concepts throughout the seasons. The Orchard is fully heated and makes for the ideal spot for lunch or dinner.  

The Orchard’s seasonal menu features a selection of relaxed small and large plates, sharing dishes, and steaks cooked on the Josper grill, complemented by a curated array of decadent desserts to complete your experience. 

Walk ins are welcome, however bookings are recommended for dining, but The Orchard welcomes guests (both hotel residents and non-residents) who would just like to enjoy a relaxed drink or two. 

All dishes at Grantley Hall are cooked to order based on the best seasonal ingredients available. We accommodate all reasonable dietary requests, however any of our dishes may contain allergens. If you have any serious allergies or intolerances, please inform our team at time of booking. If you have a particular lifestyle choice, our dishes are marked accordingly so please choose from the available menus. For dietary aversions due to religious reasons, we would recommend either our vegetarian or pescatarian dishes from the menu.
