Our Facilities

To complement the range of treatments and therapies available, guests can relax next to the 18-metre indoor swimming pool, take a dip in the indoor to outdoor hydrotherapy pool. Guests can also experience the new Nordic Spa Garden which features two ice baths and an outdoor sauna. A tranquil relaxation area is also available with direct access onto the terrace.

Three Graces Spa Lounge offers a delicious range of healthy, nutritious drinks and snacks throughout the day. Relax in our beautiful lounge or watch the world go by on the outdoor terrace.

Dine & Unwind

Enhance your spa experience by beginning your evening at Bar & Restaurant EightyEight with our Dine & Unwind package. Before you enjoy the award-winning Three Graces Spa, why not savour a bespoke two-course dinner specially curated by our Head Chef Samira Effa, served on the upper level of EightyEight overlooking the Japanese garden. 

The menu artfully blends Asian-inspired flavours with locally sourced Yorkshire ingredients, accompanied by an arrival drink. Following your delectable meal, you can luxuriate in the Three Graces Spa until 21:30. There, you'll have access to all the facilities including the two swimming pools, indulgent thermal facilities and the enchanting Nordic spa garden, which includes two invigorating ice baths and an outdoor sauna.

Frequently Asked Questions

To book a spa day package, pre-payment is required to secure your booking, please make a reservation here. For residents booking treatments, please be advised we use your first nights accommodation to secure your booking.

We encourage our guests to take advantage of our complimentary bespoke consultation, which involves an agreed call back appointment after your completed health care and lifestyle consultation has been completed and returned to the Three Graces Spa reception. An experienced therapist will then take time to consolidate your information and call you to discuss the most appropriate treatment for you according to your current health and personal aims.

We welcome non-residents who wish to visit just for the day to enjoy the Three Graces Spa as a day spa guest.

Cancellation policy for individual treatments is 48 hours and for multiple treatment bookings or spa day packages it is 72 hrs. After this time cancellations are non-refundable.

Please bring suitable swimwear for use in the spa and thermal facilities, should you wish to use ELITE Gym, please bring suitable gym kit and trainers. 

Upon your arrival, you'll find a soft robe, rubber flip flops and a hand and bath towel awaiting you, along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and hairdryers available in the changing rooms. We advise leaving your jewelry and valuable items at home, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to such belongings. You will have access to your personal locker throughout your time at the Three Graces Spa.

Complimentary water is available within the Three Graces Spa changing room, poolside and spa lounge which is dispensed from our Copper Water Urns. The Copper Urns naturally purifies the water and aides with reducing inflammation in the body and boost collagen renewal.

Please make yourself known at the Three Graces Spa reception at least 15 minutes before your treatment appointment. We will go through your lifestyle and health care consultation questionnaire to ensure all the details are up to date and correct and you will then be offered an initial orientation of the Three Graces Spa.

Guests joining us on our full day Spa Day have access from 10:00 until 16:00. Guests who have booked on to our Cream Team Spa Afternoon have access from 14:00 until 17:00. Those joining us for our Twilight Spa Experience have access from 16:30 until 19:45. Those joining us for our Dine & Unwind have access after their meal in Bar & Restaurant EightyEight until 21:30.

We ask all guests to ensure that any extras are settled before you depart the Three Graces Spa or ELITE Gym.

In order to protect the serenity of the Three Graces Spa we ask all clients to turn your mobile phones on silent mode and only use tablets in the spa lounge. We discourage the use of mobile phones or tablets in the treatment rooms, thermal or pool areas. Please do not bring any laptops or cameras into the Three Graces Spa. Fancy dress or inappropriate accessories are not permitted. Where quiet signs are visible, please keep noise to an absolute minimum. 

No smoking is permitted in the Three Graces Spa or ELITE Gym, or outside on the Spa Terrace. If you do wish to smoke during your visit, please ask one of our spa hosts who will direct you to the nearest smoking area.

Please ensure you notify our spa reception or reservations team at time of booking if you are going through a cancer journey or have recently been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness or prescribed life sustaining medication. Our Head Therapist or member of our Senior Therapist team will then contact you to discuss in private what treatments would be suitable for you.

For clients who have difficulty with mobility we have large comfortable treatment rooms, that facilitate a wheelchair and have electric beds for ease of access. Access to the thermal area is via the Three Graces Spa reception - on the ground floor a hoist is available for use of the pool and thermal area.

We offer a lovely range of home care products from our product houses ila and Natura Bisse to supplement your treatment experience at Three Graces Spa. Testers are available to use in our reception area so do not hesitate to ask a Spa Receptionist or Host to assist you with any product you may wish to sample and then purchase. Our bespoke ila range is extremely popular with our guests and is an ideal gift to take home to family and friends or a nice reminder of your relaxing time at the Three Graces Spa.

Children over the age of 8 are welcome to enjoy the use of the 18-meter pool in the Three Graces Spa if they are residents of Grantley Hall and are accompanied by a parent or guardian between the times of 9:00 - 10:00 and 16:00 – 17:00 each day.

Guests over the age of 16 are able to enjoy face, hand and foot treatments where a parent or guardian will sign their consultation form and be present for the treatment. Guests over the age of 17 are able to enjoy all our treatments.

The Three Graces Spa Lounge is a light and elegant area to relax before or after your treatment, or a quiet reflective area to read and reflect. The outside terrace is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family. The Spa Lounge is not a suitable environment for children under the age of 16 due to the purpose of the facility being relaxation.
