TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A non-refundable 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. A remaining 25% is required by 31st August with the final balance due by 31st October. A non-refundable full prepayment is required for bookings made from 1st November. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Dinner on 24th and 26th includes a £100 per person food allowance, anything exceeding this and beverages will be charged as taken.
- For guests choosing to dine in our MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, on 25th December there is a £70 supplement per person to enjoy Christmas lunch and pianist.
- Table reservations in all restaurants are subject to availability at the time of booking and are encouraged to reserve at the time of booking your room to avoid disappointment.
- Three Graces Spa and ELITE Gym will be open as usual for spa treatments and specialist ELITE treatments on 24th, 26th & 27th December.
- No treatments will be available on Christmas Day, although guests will have access to the pool, thermal facilities, and gym.
- We would recommend holiday insurance as a sensible precaution against unforeseen events and sickness.
- Allergen information is available upon request, and we request that all dietary requirements are advised at least seven days prior to arrival to be accommodated.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT. A discretionary 12.5% charge will be added to your bill.
- Grantley Hall reserves the right to amend or replace any element of the programme with suitable alternatives.
- Please note we cannot accept cards which are registered under different names to those given at the time of booking.
