COVID-19 POLICY

Looking after the welfare of our guests and staff at Grantley Hall is very important to us, so we have set in place some guidelines for reassurance and to help minimise the risks of contracting COVID-19.  Regular updates on the nationwide situation are given to Grantley Hall by our Health and Safety Consultant and via UKH.

We also continue to take advice and direction from the Government and Health Professionals.  We will continually review our policy, making changes in line with this advice until the risk level has been lowered to an acceptable level by the Government.

Cancellations of Guest Bookings

We understand that our guests may not be able to travel.  We will not impose a cancellation charge; the deposit we have taken will be held to use against a future booking. 

Communication with Guests

We will issue a pre-arrival questionnaire to guests to determine their recent travel history.  If any guest has travelled to, or will be arriving from, areas classed as high risk, we will cancel any booking from them in our system and not take another booking until the individual’s risk becomes low.  Our cancellation policy will be applied.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

Additional anti-bacterial handwash is available in all public and staff areas.  All door handles, remotes, light switches and other communal touch points are regularly swabbed by our housekeeping team.
