Christmas is the most magical time of the year and one of our favourite seasons here at Grantley Hall when we ‘deck the Halls’ with sparkling decorations, light the fires and create a showcase of the finest festive menus for guests to enjoy. Every year we aim to make our festive season the biggest and best yet and 2025 is no exception.
We invite you to sit back, relax, and let our team help you create special memories this Christmas. Our chefs have crafted a range of exquisite menus, with each restaurant offering its own unique style. Unwind in the Three Graces Spa, or keep your wellness journey on track with daily access to our ELITE Gym and specialist treatments.
Enjoy a host of seasonal activities, from carol singing and festive films to late-night parties at Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar, or take in the fresh Yorkshire air on our annual guided walk to Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Deer Park.
We’ll be delighted to help you create a bespoke itinerary, doing as much, or as little, as you wish.
Christmas Eve
24th December
- Enjoy a glass of Champagne as you check in
- Carol singers with mulled wine & mince pies in The Orchard
- Culinary taster experiences during the day
- Enjoy a delicious dinner with a £100 allowance per person to spend at one of our three enticing restaurants: Fletchers Restaurant, Bar & Restaurant Eighty Eight, or Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall
- Post-dinner entertainment in Valeria's Champagne & Cocktail Bar
- Option to attend the festive service at Ripon Cathedral with hot chocolate & mince pies on your return
- Retire to your room or suite for the night
Christmas Day
25th December
- Wake up to a special Grantley Hall stocking
- Breakfast at leisure
- Christmas Day lunch is served in one of our restaurants
- Enjoy a 'cinema room' and board games in The Orchard at leisure, with The King's Speech showing in the afternoon
- Festive evening Christmas buffet
- Live vocals with resident singer in Norton Bar
- Retire to your room or suite for the night
Boxing Day
26th December
- Breakfast at leisure
- A guided walk to nearby Fountains Abbey
- Culinary taster experiences during the day
- Enjoy a delicious dinner with a £100 allowance per person to spend at one of our three enticing restaurants: Fletchers Restaurant, Bar & Restaurant Eighty Eight, or Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall

Terms & Conditions
- Three Graces Spa and ELITE Gym will be open as usual for spa treatments and specialist ELITE treatments on 24th, 26th & 27th December.
- No treatments will be available on Christmas Day, although guests will have access to the pool, thermal facilities, and gym.
- For guests choosing to dine in our MICHELIN- starred restaurant, Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, on the 25th December there is a £95 supplement per person to enjoy Christmas lunch and jazz trio.
- Table reservations in all restaurants are subject to availability at the time of booking and are encouraged to reserve at the time of booking your room to avoid disappointment.
- Dinner on 24th and 25th includes a £100 per person food allowance, anything exceeding this and beverages will be charged as taken.
- To secure your room a 25% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid by 31st October 2025 or at the time of confirmation if the booking is made after this date.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We would recommend holiday insurance as a sensible precaution against unforeseen events and sickness.
- Allergen information is available upon request, and we request that all dietary requirements are advised at least seven days prior to arrival to be accommodated.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT. A discretionary 12.5% charge will be added to your bill.
- Grantley Hall reserves the right to amend or replace any element of the programme with suitable alternatives.
