Begin your night with a warm welcome before enjoying a specially curated five-course menu, crafted exclusively for the occasion by Head Chef, Andy Lynam and his team, all served in the energetic and stylish setting of EightyEight.
Following dinner, the celebrations continue in our elegant late-night Champagne & Cocktail Bar, Valeria’s, where a variety of live entertainment will provide the soundtrack to your evening. As the clock approaches midnight, step outside to witness a spectacular private fireworks display, accompanied by the stirring sound of traditional bagpipes.
