Medi-Stream Hydro Massage

EMS Body Conditioning
Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) activates multiple muscle fibres simultaneously, delivering a time-efficient workout. A 20-minute session equals 90 minutes of traditional resistance training, maximising results while minimising joint impact and supporting body conditioning.
Underwater Treadmill
The Underwater Treadmill allows you to replicate walking or running with reduced body weight and joint stress. With smooth acceleration and added resistance from water jets, it enhances performance while ensuring a safe and effective training experience, perfect for rehabilitation.

Our TANITA Bio-Impedance Analysis provides accurate insights into muscle mass, fat mass and metabolic age. Paired with StyKu’s 3D body scanning, clients can visually track body composition and progress, making it an essential tool for understanding and optimising physical fitness.

Do I have to be a guest at the hotel to use the ELITE Gym?
Hotel Guests and Gym Members can enjoy personalised service from our expert personal trainers and exclusive access to cutting-edge equipment that will elevate their fitness journey.
Day guests can enjoy the ELITE Gym with an ELITE Wellness Day Package. We have a choice of wellness retreats and packages available. Call our Reservations Team to find out more about our Wellness Retreats.
Can children use the ELITE Gym facilities?
No children under the age of 16 can use the ELITE Gym facilities.
How can I become a member of ELITE Gym?

What times can I access the gym?
Residents and members can access ELITE Gym daily from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 20:00.
What's the cancellation policy for a wellness day package?
Full payment will be taken at the time of your ELITE Gym reservation. We request that cancellations or amendments are made no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in full loss of payment.
