Join us on Friday 28th February for our very first Grantley Gourmet evening; an exquisite celebration of the very best gastronomy at Grantley Hall.
Curated by Fletchers and EightyEight Head Chefs, Craig Atchinson and Samira Effa, alongside Executive Pastry Chef, Stefan Rose and MICHELIN-starred Chef Patron, Shaun Rankin, prepare for an exceptional culinary journey of signature dishes from each of our restaurants on the estate.
This incredible endeavour promises to be the ultimate voyage of world cuisine, exploring the flavours of Eastern Asia, Britain and Europe in a specially curated seven-course menu and wine pairing by our Estate Head Sommelier, Matthew O’Donnell.
The evening will begin with a Champagne reception, complete with a string quartet to welcome you in true Grantley Hall style. Afterwards, enjoy post-dinner entertainment in Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar, where our resident jazz singer, Corrie Percival awaits to serenade you with a collection of jazz classics and beautiful melodies.
