If you are looking for the perfect way to see in 2025, join us for our spectacular New Year’s Eve Party at Bar & Restaurant EightyEight and Valeria’s Champagne & Cocktail Bar.

You will be greeted with a welcome glass of Champagne and canapés to kick start the festivities, before you indulge in a delicious Asian-inspired six-course menu, crafted by Head Chef, Samira Effa.

Should you wish to continue celebrations, prepare for exquisite post-dinner entertainment in Valeria's with a live DJ to party the night away.

At midnight, you will receive another glass of Champagne so that you can make a toast and enjoy a magnificent fireworks display, along with bagpipes to welcome the New Year.

Ensure you dress up for the occasion – think glitz and glamour – so that you can start 2025 as you mean to go on!

The evening will include:

Champagne & canapés at the table
Delectable six-course dinner including tea, coffee & petit fours
