Enjoy a welcome glass of Champagne on arrival before being seated in our stylish Bar & Restaurant EightyEight where you will be served a specially curated six-course gala menu, created by our Head Chef, Samira Effa, and her team, exclusively for this event. Our Asian-fusion menu will be a treat for the tastebuds whilst you enjoy live entertainment throughout the evening. 

All guests will then be invited to enjoy the party atmosphere of our late-night Champagne & Cocktail Bar Valeria’s, where a live DJ will play us into the New Year. Guests can enjoy the fabulous firework display at midnight and the traditional sounds of the bagpipes ushering us into 2024.
