This extraordinary evening will feature a delectable six-course tasting menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, complete with expertly selected wine pairings. Dinner will be served in an intimate ‘house party’ setting at a grand table.
The intimate evening will start with Champagne and canapés at 18:30 with the first recital beginning at 19:00 as you are serenaded throughout the course of the evening.
Alexandra Lowe, a Spanish-born British soprano and recent graduate of the esteemed Jette Parker Young Artist Programme at Royal Opera House, Covent Garden has left an indelible mark on critics and audiences alike through her performances there, ranging from an exquisite Dafne (Apollo e Dafne) to a tour-de-force Pierrot Lunaire, the latter considered “stunningly assured and superbly expressive” by The Times.
This season she returns to Glyndebourne Opera as Donna Elvira in Mariame Clément’s production of Don Giovanni, makes a debut at Opera North as Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte, and enjoys concert collaborations with Academy of Ancient Music, Scottish Opera, Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra and Opera North Orchestra.
