From private family affairs to corporate conferences, there is an area at Grantley Hall to suit all occasions. Easily accessible from Harrogate, Leeds and York and only 20 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, our location makes us an ideal gathering point if guests are travelling from elsewhere in the UK. With a range of both formal and informal event spaces available in the modern Garden Pavilion and the original Grade II* listed Hall, the grounds offer ample space for large marquee events and exclusive use of Grantley Hall is also available.

Ample free car parking and complimentary WIFI is available to all guests and delegates attending events.

Conferencing

Located in the elegantly designed Garden Pavilion, nestled amongst the ornamental Japanese Gardens, is the Grantley Suite – our principal conference and event room which can accommodate up to 180 guests theatre style. With natural daylight, built in audio-visual equipment including four screens and LCD projector the Grantley Suite is fully air conditioned and has its own private bar and outdoor terrace.

Smaller events can be housed in one of the public rooms in the main Hall boasting original wood panelling and lovely views over the manicured grounds. Day Delegate and 24 Hour Rates are available on request.

Private Dining

Celebration and special occasion events are where Grantley Hall truly shines. Larger banquets can be held in the Grantley Suite which can take up to 180 guests. Smaller parties are spoilt for choice as all of our restaurants can be hired on an exclusive basis, and there are dedicated private dining areas in both Fletchers and in Restaurant EightyEight. Delicious banqueting menus have been designed to make every moment an unforgettable experience and our Sommelier will recommend wonderful wine choices to complement the dishes selected.

Whether it’s a traditional afternoon tea with Champagne in the elegant Drawing Room or a glamorous late night party full of glitz and glamour held in our subterranean Champagne and cocktail bar, Valeria’s, you will find a suitable space to help you celebrate in style. With 47 exquisite bedrooms and suites to choose from why not make a night of the festivities and make the most of the relaxing facilities in the tranquil Three Graces Spa or blow the cobwebs away with a walk around our ornamental Japanese Gardens or manicured formal gardens.
