Covid-19 Update

Following the government update on Monday 12th October 2020, we would like to take this opportunity to update you on our current COVID procedures we have put in place. 

Grantley Hall is located in Tier 1 at Medium level. This means that there is no change to our previous COVID procedures as follows:
Maximum table size of 6
10pm curfew (please see further details below)
Funerals and weddings of up to 15 people
Business events of up to 25

Any guests who live in a Tier 2 area may still book a stay in the hotel if they are staying with members of their own household or social bubble. Any guests who live in a Tier 3 are not allowed to travel and therefore should not visit the hotel at this time. 
We have worked hard to become a COVID secure business and have received the VisitEngland ‘We’re Good to Go’ accreditation as well as fantastic feedback from our guests. The safety of our guests and staff continues to be our main priority and so our previous COVID procedures remain in place:
Firstly, all guests are required to wear face coverings in the public areas of the hotel and may remove the coverings once seated in a bar or restaurant. We provide complimentary face masks for our hotel residents and for non-residents, disposable face masks are available at Reception.
We have a Track & Trace QR code available at Reception and we encourage all our guests to scan the QR code on arrival.

All guests wishing to use the leisure facilities are requested to pre-book a 2 hour time slot in the Three Graces Spa. We recommend guests do this at time of booking to avoid disappointment. 
Finally, our bars & restaurants will close at 10pm until further notice and therefore our new opening times for dinner service are as follows:
Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall
6:00pm - 10:00pm
Last table: 8:00pm
5:00pm - 10:00pm
Last table at 8:30pm
Restaurant EightyEight
5:00pm - 10:00pm
Last table at 8:30pm for A La Carte and 8:00pm for the 8 at EightyEight Tasting Menu
For those guests with an upcoming reservation that may have been impacted by our new opening hours, our Reservations team will be in touch with you. We will be working through the reservations in date order so please bear with us during this time.
Our fantastic lunch offerings will not be impacted - Fletchers and Restaurant EightyEight both have extensive lunch menus for our guests to enjoy and Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall serves a decadent four course Sunday Lunch menu and a six course Saturday Lunch menu each week. Our quintessential Afternoon Tea continues to be served daily in the Main Hall. 

Social distancing measures, temperature checks, and our new cleaning protocols, will also continue to ensure you have a magical stay at Grantley Hall. Our full policy can be found here.
To ensure that our new bedroom cleaning protocols are completed in line with our COVID-19 precautions, we would like to advise an amendment to our check-in time to 4pm. We have seen an increase in the time it takes to turn rooms around due to these new procedures and operating within a COVID-19 safe environment is of utmost importance to us all.
