Dear Guests and Friends of Grantley Hall,

We are delighted to announce that the hotel and all restaurants are now open. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our guests who have rebooked their stays with us over the coming months. Since temporarily closing our doors, our team have been working hard in the background making further improvements to our beautiful hotel, adapting our operations so that we can ensure the safety of both our guests and staff and creating a selection of new and exciting packages for all of our guests to enjoy.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff remains our highest priority.  Therefore, in line with government and industry advice, we have put a number of new measures and procedures in place. In the short term there will be some changes to how we operate in order to be able to implement social distancing measures whilst at the same time continuing to deliver the warm, five star service synonymous with Grantley Hall. To ensure that our new bedroom cleaning protocols are completed inline with our COVID-19 precautions, throughout August we would like to advise an amendment to our check-in time to 4pm. We have seen an increase in the time it takes to turn rooms around due to these new procedures and operating within a COVID-19 safe environment is of utmost importance to us all. We have also taken the decision to suspend our turn down service throughout August so that we can minimise staff entry to guest bedrooms.
