We are looking for team members who are motivated by a sale, have a creative flair and ensure each and every customer query and request is answered to the highest level of service.

Desirable Candidate
• The successful individual will be confident and self-motivated with the ability to build rapport with guests on all levels
• Have strong attention to detail and be great at multitasking
• Exposure to a four or five-star environment in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
• Flexible approach to working hours as there will be some weekend work and early/late shifts required to ensure office opening times are covered

Desirable Candidate
  • Events sales & co-ordination experience in a hotel or venue is an ESSENTIAL requirement
  • Attention to detail and strong sales and communication skills are key
  • Confident, self motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and deliver consistently high levels of service delivery
  • Knowledge and understanding of conference and event sales techniques would be beneficial
