Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Rooms Division operations including, but not limited, to Concierge, Drivers, Security, Reception, Duty Management and Housekeeping communication and service delivery.
  • Oversees Spa and the ELITE Gym
  • Welcomes and greets guests when they arrive at Grantley Hall.
  • Handles guest queries and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Ensure room cleanliness, public area cleanliness, laundry operation reflects our 5 star service.
  • Introduce a Butler Service and oversee the operation.
  • Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the Maintenance issues are effectively reported and solved and the Grantley Hall grounds reflect our 5 star standards at all times.
  • Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities.
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure staffing levels cover business demands.
  • Ensure ongoing training.
  • Ensure team members comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • To know and live Grantley Hall’s values every day without compromise. 
  • Any other duties that may be requested.
