About You
• Operational supervision or, preferably, management of luxury spa with six treatment rooms, gym, membership and food outlet for at least three years
• Pool and plant qualification and a practical knowledge of water management
• Trainer the Trainer course attendance
• First Aid qualification
• Qualification in Therapies, Massage up to Level Two
• Previous experience in delivery of spa treatments and gym treatments
• Previous experience in a booking system, preferably Premier Spa
• Previous experience in purchasing, rotas, hotel booking systems, stock control and customer feedback systems
• Previous experience at a management/supervisor level of delivering customer satisfaction
• Previous experience of delivering performance and lifestyle analysis, advice and designing individual programmes based on data from performance monitoring systems is a benefit
• The successful individual will be confident, self-motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances
• A high level of IT proficiency. Previous use of Property Management and EPOS systems and Microsoft Office desirable
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service delivery
• Utmost attention to detail when carrying out tasks
• Previous experience in five-star hotels is desirable
• Experience of managing a large team within the hospitality industry
