We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our EightyEight team to ensure our guests receive a five-star food service. We are seeking a mature and highly competent Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about producing creative and unique dishes for all of our guests. As the Junior Sous Chef, you will support our talented Head Chef in running sections of the kitchen, while having the opportunity to progress in your career. 

If you are an individual who is looking to develop and learn new skills and set into a Junior Sous Chef position whilst working at a five-star property then we would love to hear from you! 

  •  Ensure the training and standards are kept at all times 
  •  Ensure all products entering and leaving the kitchens are to the set Grantley standards 
  •  Track, replenish and keep in date order the stock holding 
  •  To be pro-active in all actions and tasks set out for you

About You
  • Have held a similar senior position within a hotel or restaurant venue 
  • Have a high level of creatively and passion for all types of food cuisine 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • The successful individual will be willing to learn and have impeccable standards with an eye for detail 
  • Enthusiastic, quick thinking and welcoming personality 
  • Self-motivated and present a professional personal
