We are looking for an HR Apprentice to begin your career in HR. You will be part of our HR team supporting approximately 360 employees; we are Director of HR, Director of Engagement, Training Manager, HR Advisor, HR Administrator and Talent Executive. We will provide opportunities to develop in all areas of HR, including administration and processes, recruitment, and learning & development, through day-to-day activities and specific project work. As part of the role you will complete your HR apprenticeship based here at Grantley Hall, with the support of our external provider. Upon completion you will be eligible to apply for CIPD membership.

About You
• You will be willing to learn, with a keen interest in HR
• Confident, self motivated and present a professional image in all circumstances
• A high level of IT proficiency
• A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service delivery
• Previous experience in 5* hotels is desirable
