We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Grantley Hall to assist the Head and Assistant Housekeeper with managing the housekeeping department
across all areas of the hotel, maintaining standards of cleanliness, décor and maintenance throughout the premises and directing the team.

About You
We are looking for an individual who has a positive leadership style and consistency in their thinking. Someone who can plan and communicate internally with
relevant departments to ensure the team is set up for success. You must have a proven track record in a leadership role within a Housekeeping department and
experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding guest expectations. You must also have the ability to motivate and empower a team and to work under pressure and adapt according to business needs.
